Black is the New Black

Can you believe that it is the last week in October already? I'm so excited because that means that I will be able to go home to see my family for the holidays soon, yay! This time of year is definitely my favorite for fashion, but I recently did a major closet cleaning so I have to get some much needed pieces to fulfill my fall wardrobe. 

As I've said in a few of my past posts, I've become quite obsessed with wearing neutrals, especially black and I think you all will begin to see that in my posts throughout the season. I plan on doing some different outfit experiments and trying different types of layering for the fall to see if there are ways to transition your favorite warmer weather pieces into the fall with ease.  I hope the weather in DC remains beautiful and that everyone has a great week!
