Green With Envy

So you all know how I just told you that the weather in DC is turning around to prepare for the coming spring? Well, I can say that I was definitely wrong as I sit at home now due to a snow day. Who would have thought that after already having multiple snow days this year, we would have another in the beginning of March after having such seemingly okay weather in the past week. So as you can guess, I took these photos a few days ago, prior to the raging snow storm outside. Although I wanted the weather to warm up, I can say that I definitely do value a good snow day. Snow days are so great because you have time to relax, catch up on any work you have to do, and of course it gives you a day away from school and I definitely needed this day to study for midterms. This outfit was thrown together very randomly as I wanted to wear this thrifted blazer that has been sitting in my closet for a while. It was a little breezy out on this sunny day which was combated with my faux fur collar. I hope the weather is great where everyone is!
