I just finished my last day of classes! The last day of classes signals that I am that much closer to being done with this school year and I couldn't be happier. Just one more week of finals left and I'll be able to finally relax. Crazy enough, I have finals this weekend too, who gives finals during the weekend? But nonetheless, I'm just happy to get them over with. Two classes down and 3 more to go. This makes the fact that summer is pretty much here, right in front of me, which also means that I have to finalize my plans for this summer as well. As I said in a recent post, I'll be spending my summer in New York and am so excited about it, but I still have to finalize from arrangements so that everything will be secure for my summer stay. During this last week of classes, everyone on campus tends to stray away from their typical fashion ways and steers towards comfy and basic clothing to go with the finals and test taking motiff which brought about my outfit and post title. Neutral colors are definitely an easy way to go when your on the move and just need to throw on a fast outfit, hence the distressed black jeans and loose tan blouse. I can always count on a good neutral outfit to be a quick and basic outfit that can be cute as well, which is why I went with the title, back to basics.
